Points: try to answer the question very stratforward and confidently

for professional job:

I like this job! (eye-contacting now !!!), My knowledge and professional experiences match this position perfectly. I love this challenging job, I would begin my real carrer in my life from here.

for labour job:

I need this job, I need to support my family and my children. Also this job can allow me to learn and understand the community, the system and the culture of Canada. I would start my new life in Canada.
