Chej Property Management Inc. is hiring a Resident Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental properties in North Edmonton. This role requires strong communication, customer-service skills, and hands-on property management experience.

Role Details
Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday) — full-time; Lieu of time and working on weekends is possible
/ G2 p. u/ w; t/ i5 pLocation: Our office is in the south; travel to north sites required
( j; z5 P. i: P8 k# iVehicle: Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required; vehicle reimbursement provided
Probation: 90-day probationary period

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of customer-service–related experience
Post-secondary degree

At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Canadian post-secondary credential
Class 5 driver’s license

Key Responsibilities
7 e7 r. T% F( F' w* qInvestigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
Manage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
9 j4 y8 H: G( p- FIssue notices to tenants
+ f9 b3 m( U3 N3 FCommunicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts
# }$ D9 R2 [* I8 aMonitor repair status and property condition
* o* B0 Q( f6 m) i" t" M, L2 P! GUse property-management software to track and complete tasks
