p.m., Monday through Friday

. N8 R& |5 [8 a8 E17.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00

. J5 T$ x$ h& G: {' LJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

, z) y9 W' j: N8 X* M, tDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
+ |$ n6 U9 W' T: {: s1) Serve as cashier when required.
8 z6 w9 i  ~6 p; ~' g* Z; a  e
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
: ?$ d) C$ u1 ]
3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

3 H0 G0 T' n: p1 p' b6) Perform monthly food inventory.
$ \1 A- E5 O9 P, X
7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.
9 }  r1 j! s. l6 n% l! q- ^% E
3) Cashier experience.
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Very good public and staff relations.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

Wage: $8.96/hour (under negotiation) plus 50% discount on food  
purchased at SU outlets to be eaten on shift break
