1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and & G& e% d. F) Y& P5 \( k
beverage items.

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the

3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular 2 L$ p5 v* `8 g8 Y: i
attention to areas used by customers including bar counters and : {' f) X, O* p5 l R9 `5 q
seating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.

5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in
f. i+ k! F5 k- n- ~storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol & j. Z# q K4 s4 n+ n! T, b
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.

6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close 5 Y. M( |. [9 w+ h$ ?
monitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume 3 d( q$ w9 h' ]5 k5 R; l+ u& Q
operation.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in

4) Good physical condition, the ability to handle full beer kegs.
