3 M4 U) {% c! _, ?JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the
0 O$ [9 y$ [& [ v! rOperations Manager, the Bartender is responsible for carrying out the

7 W) d s# l/ S/ c P5 q9 CDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
. ~; K! R! g& g/ A% k: ]1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and , h; u3 g( D9 J2 x8 \
beverage items.

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the $ Z' Z2 @% N/ W; _
bar and debit floats.2 f9 Y8 a: N1 N+ k

3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of
: i' ]; P; A* x, Q8 C/ u4 _! i* reach shift, and upon closing.

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular 5 b' A5 K) V) E% b' u5 c
attention to areas used by customers including bar counters and 2 B8 g( ?( i+ n
seating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.

5 _2 F$ b$ x- z+ Z% X5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in 3 Q) z6 l' G, z
storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol
' W7 C" i$ F" Z" eproducts, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.7 j9 {, `: p6 P; f2 B/ \# |
0 `" B4 v) ?) |, m- y5 M8 h6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close
+ a6 } g5 N9 N; V3 ]: Hmonitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a . e6 H3 ^! o' L
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude in 3 B* Q* ^% D$ J1 f
accordance with Students' Union policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume
: B1 o! r' S3 H& ]. J! _operation.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in
( I- L( l) o0 K7 w( i4 iaccordance with Students' Union policy.6 a/ K! R. O: E1 P8 y+ `
