Bartender and Operations Manager, the Server is responsible for

orders.

2) Responsible for ensuring that customers consistently receive a

3) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold and for the % ^3 l; w8 \$ U4 o+ S4 f6 O, [
total cash-out value of items sold on each shift./ o+ d- M3 k9 `! n0 t% e- \
( H {3 R; X2 H& b4) Responsible for maintaining table, room and bar area cleanliness,
( I2 v/ I% T# F! @/ R2 kincluding regular bussing and wiping of tables, full ashtray removal

5) Monitoring patron levels of intoxication and taking appropriate 2 }; R4 G/ D- ?& M

intervention procedures and provincial liquor laws.

7) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.6 n' h: I3 [$ f

2) Minimum one year serving experience in a high-volume, food-based : V& p# ~* o4 j6 h
