JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the

carrying out the procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of & ? O) A8 E" N, U& N5 o
customer service and room cleanliness.

4 m2 f) f! T4 U" LDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
! Q: _/ i1 v! @ o; G5 L1) Provides table service by taking and delivering food and beverage
$ t* o5 n9 C/ j& E$ Korders.
% e3 i# P# m9 I* @8 j) n5 @) |' e$ \3 ]& n3 `3 S
2) Responsible for ensuring that customers consistently receive a 2 x9 P/ B4 Z& L" j0 a, y4 h, }
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude, in . a9 L' B* x X. H5 n5 d
accordance with Students' Union policies.

3) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold and for the . s- _# ^5 O1 M
total cash-out value of items sold on each shift.

4) Responsible for maintaining table, room and bar area cleanliness, ( ~3 {) t: t4 \% _
including regular bussing and wiping of tables, full ashtray removal
+ _5 z2 F8 j- Jand ensuring floor surface cleanliness.

5) Monitoring patron levels of intoxication and taking appropriate

intervention procedures and provincial liquor laws.

) V" H9 p0 ~% k( A- w+ `1 c1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

3 [& s& u! D1 q+ I( J" w# I2) Minimum one year serving experience in a high-volume, food-based n6 k5 q" H3 ], T' l& Z& B
operation.

3) Personal cleanliness and dress in accordance with Students' Union # a3 h0 u* E. T- X, [$ X3 L# T' M
