JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;, _& {0 C' V; d6 J, h
1) Provides table service by taking and delivering food and beverage

8 V& @. E7 Q1 t% A: G2) Responsible for ensuring that customers consistently receive a . Z! y- P7 a3 p* a& W0 ^( _, b; X
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude, in
$ V9 r1 l! ?9 J3 _6 b N( b; `) waccordance with Students' Union policies.$ y& }$ r. y; c2 e

3) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold and for the
; T5 _7 B3 o& utotal cash-out value of items sold on each shift., D7 G* `) g3 B
) y& D- Z. O. R4) Responsible for maintaining table, room and bar area cleanliness,
& U8 ]% a { C kincluding regular bussing and wiping of tables, full ashtray removal
0 l( {& S6 j/ {/ cand ensuring floor surface cleanliness., u+ _ c- j% _
, O5 E3 v2 k5 I) r. h2 t/ ~( e5) Monitoring patron levels of intoxication and taking appropriate 5 F8 e1 X, x' }( \
action when necessary in accordance with established Server

QUALIFICATIONS;# b4 j; }% ^' `
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.6 G& M! c" o& u

2) Minimum one year serving experience in a high-volume, food-based 9 O4 s5 [# ~' m0 a' f p
operation.1 m# t3 V6 o* o" K, R$ A) u

3) Personal cleanliness and dress in accordance with Students' Union 4 d1 W, C' _& o9 u- _7 Z8 \
policy.

4) Experience operating an Interac terminal and processing charge D) X; k! r: j7 }: C8 P7 X$ v
card transactions.
