1. Able to communicate fluently in English

4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails

1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools6 X; z* v4 P H( t& Y7 l
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks2 g# s' Z# Y9 t$ W$ L% B
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties9 {1 L; M$ B; C- ^& `) t$ h4 M
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices) e; P6 |' E. ]* Q. l
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
+ p; O$ n+ B, F* m6 |- T6. Communicate and Assign maintenance work to third-party maintenance company
