Chenjie Property Management is hiring a full time maintenance & cleaning associate

Job type: Full-time, 30 - 40 hours per week

Requirement:
1. Able to communicate fluently in English
2. Have hand on skills on cleaning and maintenance
  Y' u5 k) `9 S: k( }* ]3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions
4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
5. Has class 5 drivers license
6. At least 1-year work experience in any field

Job Duties:
1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools
+ v/ V: o0 r+ O) b, ~# N/ T2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
. Y# N# q3 y  x+ |3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
6 X- `- h! @$ j4 a! w. \% K+ C4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
; s8 _0 z3 Z% n% d2 w5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
