At least 1-year customer service working experience in Canada

Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.
7 E4 U" Q+ m/ u; G# CA comprehensive working knowledge of the Alberta Residential Tenancies Act.

Supervision of contract service providers.

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.* P/ ` T9 H5 j8 x+ l/ L' }
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
