Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

General

Preparation of thorough monthly reports.

Financial
$ E- s$ ]) e/ }3 Y) o7 l* c2 k) nReview and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
/ |" T1 q* Z; U$ YMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.( U) ?& v2 c% v& Q: q

Maintenance# L1 E/ B# t# q7 U
Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.5 I. l4 x4 S4 _6 z/ _3 {
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.

Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required." ]) w7 a$ d! z8 ]# W: i
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.+ P6 Q w) b9 O3 s
