As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports./ G( b; }$ I' b
Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.
" Q- ?+ d, ~3 FCollection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
' {7 f7 F8 c* Z) {, AMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

' q8 M' i( Z9 r) O- ~- `; T: XPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

% e4 ~! X- O( i2 J" AEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
0 J( x& M# Y' P% F5 P9 K' ESourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.& x! `; a$ ?5 t$ a1 E9 m! X
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.2 ]- K- D( q+ p. \: O: I
The duty of a Resident Manager ensures the satisfaction of the tenants and the Landlord.
