As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

A comprehensive working knowledge of the Alberta Residential Tenancies Act.

Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.

- {& U$ [8 M# i/ QPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.# H D- \6 d8 x2 a
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
8 E3 l1 x, ?; c- x. {Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
; S" M k: H: C: D9 PSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
$ e9 L g/ j; |" @9 a1 @Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
9 C2 d7 g {2 x* ZPlan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.0 z# U w+ E8 K7 c
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
