- are currently recruiting for the full time summer position of Urban
Geography Research Assistant.

$ B* |; I, B. S9 I3 ^Salary to be paid will be $15.00 per hour for 30 hours per week.

! Z3 {% t8 w5 m. C7 ^This position is for 10 weeks total.

As an urban geography research assistant, you will be working on a
funded project to examine changes in access to healthy food in Edmonton
8 y* i3 c' d8 L5 Qbetween 1970 and present. Duties include searching electronic databases,
: T3 o! B* u" [$ ~, a& R7 Dundertaking land title searches, manipulating databases and spreadsheets
9 N8 o  r5 ?1 ~; a* W, i5 B! `( p/ gand GIS analysis and mapping.
# |# I6 Q, o& t7 X7 d
& r+ [3 @3 K) p* t% ^' P! H$ G2 g6 `Qualifications include an interest in urban geography, secondary
literature search proficiency, general research experience and GIS
skills.
