Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
) T7 y: C0 R  @  {$ `2 t# z! Uanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
; o; \( b7 F$ M; }/ q2 z+ `* imaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
2 X' _- D* |" N+ G8 [- [6 a# \$ Kadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
0 `. Z- J* E9 qaddresses and general office duties.

5 p6 J: s: A2 N  q( jQualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
- v; U1 e5 F5 X1 W9 K7 zpeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
& m. `9 h3 X9 C5 W( V, T, Z5 A+ E8 Dan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
