" q1 k& _  R1 x) bStudent Intern.

# o8 H) t" j: ESalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
+ t2 ?, d! v3 W# b8 X0 wanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
5 N3 w" V6 H6 rmaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.
: Z* i8 X5 v* o  m( z
Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
" i4 ]/ L; ]# H9 {& V7 Q  @2 O& L3 ]peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
. z5 l2 w, z8 x9 K- l) xproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
7 U' f8 X# L) E& c5 N9 v7 G: h/ m) a, Cdirections.
