Student Intern.

Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.
& n; i. y8 u5 P# f1 i9 i
5 A* S% }, p3 U% A" NDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
: f! ]  ]! Y+ ~5 |answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
# M% D/ D% U% O2 }maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

9 G, ]' t/ Z8 M1 N" KQualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
0 f4 C- P4 `: ^0 p/ A* Askills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
; j6 k( Z7 \  t! }2 ~an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
