International Admissions Student Intern

The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
Student Intern.

Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.
: K% ]$ {* N; o4 N3 v3 L. H$ W! L+ o- h
Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
9 @9 a3 p; f: Jmaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
$ c, |& Y, i; C- R& E( Qadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
  G# t$ y$ k8 Z" f# C4 K7 Fskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
# |' }6 }9 o& s$ S/ v! Y$ jan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
