Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

* I1 w3 C% c) r1 U& FDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
# e2 A' q% B5 a: \5 X, v$ u" q/ sanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
- C# Y; i' F% F; E: c9 Aadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
5 ]' I9 \3 U& Q! b7 t8 t& maddresses and general office duties.

5 V  g& q8 v; K+ jQualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
0 w3 J( w8 V* ]1 d- Z4 q) ppeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
- E" T4 h  _$ c$ q* fproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
* f+ _% w* O, B7 bdirections.
