Hours per week will be 20 - 30 - 20 during the first few weeks, then 30

the student to stay on a casual basis (10 - 20 hours per week) once the

etc.); reproducing and distributing documents and correspondence for
! \( s3 p/ z8 @9 T& M- B8 mparticipants, assisting to orient participants to the University and
; Z+ S6 U3 }+ @; D7 _3 Itheir program on their arrival, and trouble-shooting for them during1 u% C O! Z$ N$ h
their program; booking program venues, setting up for sessions,
! \+ k& {& G5 zassisting visiting speakers or invited session presenters, striking
. ~+ \, a& e5 A8 C! avenue at end of session; traveling as guide with groups on in-city. _: e- X7 y2 [2 w; c+ C8 i7 A9 ]
outings or site visits, or, occasionally, on overnight out-of-city9 v& X0 y9 g% t5 G/ g% [& c- W
excursions (does not involve driving or overnight week night

functions; translating, revising or drafting program-related documents, m4 \8 w: X6 p, c
such as schedules, itineraries, notices, correspondence, PowerPoint8 f5 ?" n Z; }6 y6 p. B, r2 B, _
presentations, program binders, evaluation forms, etc.

Qualifications include: senior undergrad student; coursework in
1 o$ c8 A# R0 ^* F& xCommerce, Education or Economics preferred, ability to communicate
2 J; F& @/ b: bfluently (oral and written) in English and Mandarin Chinese,. w' b8 c% k$ B8 {" o M1 r9 f
demonstrates a high-level of self organization, initiative to undertake# ?" u, \4 M# b$ m, w3 E4 @
a variety of tasks; ability to coordinate individual efforts with those3 I0 g0 b# a* b- d
of co-workers, excellent interpersonal organization and time-management
' [/ d, D5 Z4 N0 f/ K- {skills; accuracy to detail; working knowledge of MS applications (Word,7 Z$ b; \+ ?7 Q9 \0 w+ L. ^0 T
