Duties include: preparing for programs by working with current staff at( x2 @' q* I/ x, Z, e
CIBS to secure and schedule various program requirements (off-campus
8 J( k( [# R3 c* y1 wvenues, tour agents, goods and services, program materials and supplies," n6 a. r# i6 d" f0 D. B: a
etc.); reproducing and distributing documents and correspondence for
( V( ~$ m# ~4 Tparticipants, assisting to orient participants to the University and& s* `! Q# d) y! k
their program on their arrival, and trouble-shooting for them during- d# s6 u$ T# T$ d
their program; booking program venues, setting up for sessions,4 P/ _( \4 O/ `9 {: w: u
assisting visiting speakers or invited session presenters, striking
/ g" n# n/ R- Z+ `+ Pvenue at end of session; traveling as guide with groups on in-city% o/ V$ U2 Y; E' e; n. K
outings or site visits, or, occasionally, on overnight out-of-city8 W" Z& T5 @( D4 x) d4 b. B
excursions (does not involve driving or overnight week night

functions; translating, revising or drafting program-related documents

Qualifications include: senior undergrad student; coursework in
) W- q7 n; F6 j. rCommerce, Education or Economics preferred, ability to communicate& n. X S& ?+ O8 @- ~ F8 @$ a
fluently (oral and written) in English and Mandarin Chinese,
$ F7 t v7 b7 T8 G7 k2 p2 Edemonstrates a high-level of self organization, initiative to undertake
! D( o; X9 |! V7 xa variety of tasks; ability to coordinate individual efforts with those: _9 j. E' [6 |# A( @, k
of co-workers, excellent interpersonal organization and time-management
9 q* }6 G1 K9 D, s) W- Pskills; accuracy to detail; working knowledge of MS applications (Word," v' P# }+ W. Q# j! s3 C5 L
