how can i study in Nait without TOEFL or others english exam?

I don't want to write any english exam, but I wanna study in Nait
$ e: u- {8 S( H, |7 a8 C& n/ ^  [I heard that they have a BUS101 program which I can study there without TOEFL

我打算在GrantMcEwan学fine art，我可以不考英语吗？有什么办法能直接入学？
