CAC Metal Recycling has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

Shift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

Key Responsibilities:
$ J  l# \# X( t  u4 D. Y( n& E
-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
-Providing general clerical support to the office.
  f( x4 z: |! n% d1 L3 F  [1 Q-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

-Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.

1 }' C3 a+ k, l& p0 M, ~. p; S
& p& Q3 |& o" i' x- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
/ ]# e* j  V3 |- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
