CAC Metal Recycling has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

8 R0 o) C$ o2 EShift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

; r5 b5 ]  ~, _3 Y* v; K% v-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
6 S; i# \3 [  F" O; G-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
* E  D- r2 B- z- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
-Providing general clerical support to the office.
-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

-Customer service concepts.
-Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.
3 x* @; g3 Q& \  l4 }3 X-High level of integrity and trustworthiness.

Education and Qualifications:
4 X4 K( \( Z5 ^( L
- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
4 v* u- F3 M8 R% i- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
