CAC Metal Recycling has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

Job type: Full-time Permanent
Shift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

3 `- N$ j# {* R# K* {/ w$ x* Y5 pKey Responsibilities:

-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
. _7 {9 B: }/ v" c4 D9 u-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
, ?& `7 k$ ^4 ?. z. ]; y( y1 K-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
; x: c  ?9 E: _0 M0 }6 z- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
) u/ U' \, s& A- X8 M, {# o, [/ S-Providing general clerical support to the office.
-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.
; u8 s, u/ u- n$ W# R1 U8 ^

Education and Qualifications:

0 s7 ?5 r+ t/ q/ R# O  \- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
1 W6 ~) P8 h) D/ N$ U+ v, y- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
, C1 H+ k3 j& K, B; ^$ ]- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
