CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

Joh details:
Pay: $20-$23
Job type: Full-time Permanent
Shift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

Key Responsibilities:

-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
* J! ^* i3 Y% ~-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
3 d2 G; y) @" y-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
-Providing general clerical support to the office.
# U; R, {/ F1 Y-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

-Customer service concepts.
+ `; z5 l) ~5 H-Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.
-High level of integrity and trustworthiness.

Education and Qualifications:

- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
2 g; p# I! R. `# @6 @- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
4 m3 X/ i! F- M9 |0 P! ?- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
