3. Maintenance requests follow up
4. Handling phone calls and emails
4 g5 E* m+ _' L" w: |9 V+ S9 I5. Bookkeeping
6. Visit the building and enter the units
3 R9 ^% b% d- p: d! ~7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

Live on-site:
