) N+ O5 u, ~: x0 _- m: ^. oweekend hours.
! z& u; R! w7 \0 B& b; Z, lYou will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the Research Data Centre (RDC) computer
0 L1 ~1 N& Q0 J- Ylab located on the University of Alberta campus as well as providing administrative support for the
0 P5 J9 j/ p& ycentre.
. o' T* M! n6 N7 t, n9 p3 sThese responsibilities include:
/ R' E2 R3 u3 m8 g' f5 P. N-Maintain the integrity of the security systems in the RDC.0 \5 [6 \8 X4 M
-Provide basic support to clients on operating Window XP.
R( E3 g- |) K) Z+ G2 k-Provide general office administration support, such as filing, upgrading software and1 H A6 [, u/ m8 H
renewing licenses, communicating with various university departments with respect to - {/ w/ C( R$ @
facilities’ maintenance, etc. % y" L# g& S. I' g, O) K: m
-Conduct other office related tasks, such as Internet documents search, backup of electronic
9 S+ A" M- H8 N* @7 y ?clients’ files etc.

Education:
( M! q6 B1 y8 I& @; _-Successful completion of Bachelor degree in administration, business, computer sciences,
! v; q' ?' b( I0 J! J; Deducation, economics, sociology, statistics or related discipline; or an acceptable combination
: |0 B% K, e# K# y" u5 [& N0 \- [ aof education, training and /or experience.
* h. C% R" a8 l' JKnowledge/Technical competencies:
3 M- O- v3 {+ p( K( o/ [$ ]-General knowledge of the Microsoft Window operating system.4 s( y/ Z- [9 w, q1 b
-Extensive experience in using Microsoft Window office application software including Word
. e$ S# B2 u, H( Yand Excel.

-Experience in using MS Access.
