Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.

6 ~: E& ?( u  E  @$ H1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
! ^) t( a; M6 _. _4 g. z1 H% }2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3 i, P: D  e& k. n  }3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
5 a. M; d6 \9 }* b0 Q1 K4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
3 g- ?' {- S4 q; [5 p4 D5 r7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
3 f& j. q! J$ q8 K8 S$ J' }1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
5 o) D& k& d- o2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
