% w7 k1 e7 ~' z: q$ k' y0 F; nBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
# ~/ m3 x5 m5 ^, hDuties and Responsibilities:
3 Y) F6 W; S3 x6 L( T1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
: T$ p& j8 h) \: _& c4 r. y4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
: X, t4 ]2 D0 q! Y8 Q0 n) s% ^/ M6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
/ s; R0 {' r1 j+ H. _2 r* Q1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
8 \+ S! R, l4 k2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
( w* K* y" ?2 f4 E3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
- k3 |9 e# j: M: G) d4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
