$ u: b. z- J/ RBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.

$ `) x2 O  t  y3 z9 c4 w" q1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
1 b1 Z5 j& L( m6 D0 D0 F4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned

" L! U& t( o6 }2 ~, P1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
( n. R' g! f& l; }6 [# _4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
