Answer and direct phone calls

Develop and maintain a filing system9 x& s" N! ~" w4 ]
Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
$ c/ f# I9 e! J& yLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

1 l0 w$ I2 B, W6 pHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
