Answer and direct phone calls

Update and maintain office policies and procedures! k5 B0 F# t/ ~ k
Submit and reconcile expense reports

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
7 _/ W, F8 S& d& b2 d7 d) EAbility to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient
7 Y* n0 l7 N5 ZExcellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
n! t4 c8 f% [& ]7 }* uProficiency in Google Sheets & Docs# p' z1 t; k$ Q' X: d, @# M8 G' A
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail8 }6 N! B$ A; C* q
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
