Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports: W8 l0 h8 r$ ^, a* p. t/ h
Develop and maintain a filing system
. @; \" G6 c) o2 f& e g& e, dUpdate and maintain office policies and procedures2 F6 K9 M0 Z; R- j# d0 y
Submit and reconcile expense reports
2 S, ]$ M6 x+ Q( u2 NAct as the point of contact for internal and external clients
( w x" v! q" Y( P6 ]Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
