Create email templates for operations department

Develop and maintain a filing system

Submit and reconcile expense reports7 g9 X, `( J/ k
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients" v, a+ c+ |' K" P: w
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers/ Y0 Z& F$ Y* o! q, W3 }9 S5 Y) E

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy' l G/ Z4 @- ^# Y: ]+ m% X
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs' q4 o" L! y% `% T' t
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail' \7 Q% f2 O' ~% C. l
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
