Answer and direct phone calls

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients9 [7 ~ A( m" r% K! d
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers0 w# ?! J' X! `, u; Y9 o

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
