Answer and direct phone calls

Create email templates for operations department

Develop and maintain a filing system
# j o6 k) O& aUpdate and maintain office policies and procedures
$ L9 V& d8 O+ B3 ^2 Z" e u1 kSubmit and reconcile expense reports, U/ G$ a6 n! g ?. l$ F3 Q
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients! p% E0 C5 t1 s- ^( P- K0 U) ~
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers ^% s( }' z2 v) d/ q+ n

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
