Answer and direct phone calls

Create email templates for operations department. a" F2 S2 _. l, Z+ A" N1 v9 _0 O
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures

任职要求
& z( V8 ~2 O& n$ L% Z6 E. vProven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant% z& B3 o8 C# X5 f- n. }# a
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
& u2 I/ Q/ t* P7 p- N# UAbility to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient
+ y* M& f3 Y4 t+ m) _+ FExcellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy, n, ` D! b" i) A& E! l
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
- a" p% i" X8 p3 s, OStrong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
2 f; f* W$ I9 d6 fHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
