Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports6 L S7 ^4 C& C- c! U, Z k
Develop and maintain a filing system

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
# m$ U: U. ]8 m5 v7 jLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers& l" N9 L8 T4 r

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Ability to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs) V9 C7 M4 W* ^$ }
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
