Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports) v# F* R- b% w2 k
Develop and maintain a filing system) R% V r1 S8 d9 Y, U
Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients2 U+ a& a5 U& Z: @; i! e5 j7 O- \) r
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
