Answer and direct phone calls
f3 y* s* w1 _* GPlan meetings and take detailed minutes
% g% F( |4 A( l4 X& _1 OCreate email templates for operations department& [3 _( u5 z- y2 E: m: t; K4 m* S; r
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
2 H* f K1 s* {: K4 B6 R+ {Develop and maintain a filing system
o2 ]# _) q" |! tUpdate and maintain office policies and procedures; Q$ p5 k" d+ K+ }) r
Submit and reconcile expense reports
$ a9 {1 T) T8 ]' e- a7 H+ ~% jAct as the point of contact for internal and external clients
) k8 j- O* q( FLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
