Answer and direct phone calls

Develop and maintain a filing system

Submit and reconcile expense reports7 P) \! {) x) _+ p9 x
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
; ?% s% |( ^5 z2 N# {* sLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers. n; \, D7 n A& Z% q

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus# S A: v' \- M9 O+ m
