Answer and direct phone calls

Create email templates for operations department
# K6 ~" F: b; U6 t$ uAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures
, y' Q- N$ m2 L3 B) o9 c! S) _Submit and reconcile expense reports4 M, u: A, ]0 j
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
& G# p6 m% R' W1 F, \3 V% aLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

+ a- H$ z0 Z ?5 m: zExcellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy+ w ?! K) j3 L$ U8 f
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs# K* Z. ]1 W! @' s8 t# P
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
2 k1 u: P# n$ x9 _High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
