Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers0 Z, ]9 P% d4 r( e- t6 g* E

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail3 u7 w6 q/ I! ~+ @8 Y0 \9 v
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
