Answer and direct phone calls

Develop and maintain a filing system* g c" R" R+ ]; R* @8 e& L
Update and maintain office policies and procedures) ^9 S+ i+ S5 X: B+ \* D" p* R
Submit and reconcile expense reports

- |- V# r2 F+ J% v" P \Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
