Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports' B, D4 X1 t8 g; }, c" f9 ~
Develop and maintain a filing system/ ^# J. S2 C3 q( s% Z) Y
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
6 L! k; G& h, D9 B7 O8 R1 NSubmit and reconcile expense reports
4 ^) h+ {' M4 L. _1 _/ nAct as the point of contact for internal and external clients5 L S9 W8 }7 u+ ?$ B6 I
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers$ @- g% N6 l( N1 ~

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant1 b$ Q% x+ {' j0 S$ h
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures& ~& i3 J, o3 h

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
