Answer and direct phone calls

Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients- A; q4 p F( H2 f) c
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers2 b& s9 h: u& x+ A# s& W3 H t; t

Ability to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient
% `. r5 K6 z- Y' B. Z TExcellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
. H `: O; F, b9 C0 LProficiency in Google Sheets & Docs' u# t5 ^7 \4 ?1 `6 b8 [9 K% b+ k
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
* W2 }" u6 o# e" ^4 mHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
