Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
) v) l5 H5 D* \Create email templates for operations department
6 E0 \ j$ G3 y' ~0 Y; JAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
* x9 J) P: R9 G' \Develop and maintain a filing system
& ]$ L. q( J; m& W6 iUpdate and maintain office policies and procedures
% B' A' i4 r8 e/ S( k5 v9 |. uSubmit and reconcile expense reports
0 M- |3 @- L- g1 k) A# a% T1 `Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
7 i& U) o5 \: c( ]; oLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
V5 H5 F# j) ]5 o2 v8 fProficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
! R! Q1 f8 K: y( q' n1 D/ U# {Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
# H- q C( d/ V+ D3 {; V* z q: KHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
