& D/ `* J, x0 s* W! X& Q" E hPlan meetings and take detailed minutes
9 j3 ^5 C& L( O; cCreate email templates for operations department
0 [& P5 e* S4 q+ p9 y4 dAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
% T/ M5 T5 H/ lDevelop and maintain a filing system
! c, W2 h7 H- R4 p' O: `Update and maintain office policies and procedures
. U' p7 Q3 k p/ Y4 W1 uSubmit and reconcile expense reports% T9 t% Q: c# |- E
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients+ L1 _$ F. w- N! Y# p4 s6 g% s
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers {" ]1 N, X8 Z8 e# n

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy: d6 p% s; \$ D ?8 ^4 b1 I/ I
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs4 o; a4 \. p- M$ M$ h& m
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail. @4 C) i' z7 ~8 ?! @5 W' H
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus- K' C. ?$ \* n" b% J
