Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports- y* o6 ]5 d8 x8 h2 i0 H) L
Develop and maintain a filing system
/ o- k8 y8 r$ @5 WUpdate and maintain office policies and procedures$ E" o _0 d: W$ @6 Z* w9 X
Submit and reconcile expense reports

Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers5 f& Q! r! i* J/ D: Z

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs4 P% s+ L$ v. d. `& n
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail3 Y0 A/ F& b$ E, d' H4 H0 S" R: D/ D+ x
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
