Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports+ @$ D1 Z8 Q. ~. F0 W
Develop and maintain a filing system
; q% M5 F$ T) `. T- Y; P }Update and maintain office policies and procedures- s( c }7 y4 F4 M& N1 s
Submit and reconcile expense reports, \( y0 {5 d- v' \! s8 E% q
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients/ W) q- H3 Q" X
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers: E7 P: W/ e# o* J, m: g1 v. O2 w4 K

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy& y4 ^1 r- q. p
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus$ @; ^3 W0 _# B4 h, x
