Answer and direct phone calls

Create email templates for operations department( x' {! p6 A. z0 _# q, G! K
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
+ w( k# Q9 ]' FDevelop and maintain a filing system
+ D! k5 ]3 e" W. N4 E) TUpdate and maintain office policies and procedures
) E$ V& s" ~2 @Submit and reconcile expense reports
X) x E5 \3 H9 ]/ L, PAct as the point of contact for internal and external clients/ p2 @ }. ~2 D. l% s! M
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers+ c0 c Y0 B, v6 I3 P

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
