7 P6 s+ A+ ^1 hAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

0 @# [/ i3 [/ ^! b8 {; C2 RUpdate and maintain office policies and procedures
0 T0 g2 _1 Y1 h& p3 k+ ^1 U: bSubmit and reconcile expense reports
q+ Q. U, V! k- _9 HAct as the point of contact for internal and external clients
& s; a K' u; U# j! hLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
