Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports) w3 A3 c2 }5 u+ q, e% R5 G0 `8 v
Develop and maintain a filing system
. W. Y7 }5 ^4 I( s( I/ I; GUpdate and maintain office policies and procedures

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

任职要求
+ s) I( x4 x2 J1 X- r9 VProven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
6 s( Y2 ?* a% i/ {& {& [Knowledge of office management systems and procedures5 b M. s- q; U" n) G* u
Ability to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient X5 K, U! g. T o8 x0 k
Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy4 s4 g; G7 i4 w+ R
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs, q/ p/ \% i* r
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
