Answer and direct phone calls

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures- W, G' A, o3 u) V
Submit and reconcile expense reports

Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers. K7 {& f' T) c/ y

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs' v$ n2 A) B6 b7 n( e6 I) m0 Q! h
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
