Answer and direct phone calls

Create email templates for operations department

Develop and maintain a filing system. ^/ n. N1 B3 G5 L
Update and maintain office policies and procedures- E3 q$ Y# Y6 o5 r( s9 Q! D! f
Submit and reconcile expense reports
) B" A# N" {( S3 Z# dAct as the point of contact for internal and external clients7 V, I" H* B" @8 `7 A
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs8 W& `3 k# i& m. w
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
