Develop and maintain a filing system8 ] m1 J6 C" n( R, `
Update and maintain office policies and procedures9 `; S9 Z2 B) k! M p" P& l( Z7 K1 M
Submit and reconcile expense reports* `" C0 l, W0 D) D" f% O2 C6 |
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
9 s" Z. i/ D' E( E* O& lLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers/ e9 p2 F# f2 I5 _8 u) A
