Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
3 N( K1 r3 ?7 j9 O; T' ACreate email templates for operations department. k p$ T9 V# G% y# s$ N- L% z
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
7 U" {/ g* z& CDevelop and maintain a filing system/ Z1 Z6 b' m5 Z `9 R- T3 p$ b0 Y% Z
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
9 L" ^9 n) u5 PSubmit and reconcile expense reports5 v! i6 X* e- E- S% o& ]
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients3 f" l3 j# j9 X
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers/ z( t3 X3 g# C5 |! c, @

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
+ e/ C: |1 m- I& GKnowledge of office management systems and procedures
8 ~7 v) t- p2 K, m5 RAbility to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient
9 f; g+ C' J6 z1 K, a- B( S5 [Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
9 l2 `3 j% }6 DProficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
' A9 w8 X( e3 x2 a$ v! @) a2 [Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
4 l4 D9 ], `) g# {8 ^( Y1 J- _3 ~High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
