Answer and direct phone calls

Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients3 g9 N* r+ B- T7 M, v: _
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers2 M! v4 t9 f5 T5 f H

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Ability to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient
: I5 k0 E9 \% F; p* BExcellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
8 Y! N# F! C4 E! QProficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
