Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports( A) `" q2 t. `
Develop and maintain a filing system9 }# \0 U+ S: g( V% i! r( ]( X2 O$ M
Update and maintain office policies and procedures: }; ^. ]5 i/ p8 ]
Submit and reconcile expense reports
6 ^ U3 s% y1 ^Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
+ _; G$ E1 j) g& l5 dLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
