Answer and direct phone calls

- E& J- w }/ q. ]Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
& s0 f9 i/ I6 R1 DDevelop and maintain a filing system
$ @& q3 G# L! ~) x# X0 LUpdate and maintain office policies and procedures1 T; y5 v. y1 L. t6 V
Submit and reconcile expense reports
- N, E: n$ r' k4 d5 u7 j, \Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
+ t4 ^! B, r+ s$ K7 G- D3 WLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers. u8 W! A7 R; p7 R: J. U( h' a

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
?5 ?, X. @3 w4 F! }: a' tKnowledge of office management systems and procedures
^! D. ]3 i& W% E8 }Ability to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient, Z1 \( T& W! X0 `
Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
. m9 f( b- V6 z% U3 c6 V4 r6 GProficiency in Google Sheets & Docs# S/ \. d& J5 t5 y8 h
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail7 @9 X3 C% d7 _( A, `/ g
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus% @8 }' |; a9 P+ s1 d
