Create email templates for operations department& t% K( d* P/ O1 x: Y
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures2 B0 U/ p& ^/ s! N$ \% l3 u
Submit and reconcile expense reports

Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers3 g& r0 f2 o' p' d4 T

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Ability to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient
