Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, O& H% G# v9 O- V
Develop and maintain a filing system

Submit and reconcile expense reports

Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus* N4 Y# z- I( o# y
