Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Develop and maintain a filing system# Z$ k0 R6 a6 d9 m1 X
Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers' @$ }7 y# k* p% O8 [

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy& c5 E: T1 j9 k/ G& T( Q
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs7 Y; f6 o& N& O5 Q3 i
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
) z' ]. J" M; j" U+ h& xHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
