Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports( \0 r# x8 v1 H$ }4 u" ?# Q, d+ i
Develop and maintain a filing system8 B2 o4 i$ W( @
Update and maintain office policies and procedures

0 x% ]% v( J ALiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
