Submit and reconcile expense reports& j6 K1 q4 f) m: s2 @; I1 S; u
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
/ ]/ e5 C/ E7 N- A: k/ uLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers& b# j! \! b$ E8 {& L: u+ a
任职要求
9 ~! F) k2 _" j# \4 B4 V5 M/ uProven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant" c, d6 r8 F( }9 B) c
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
* n9 \4 A9 `& CAbility to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient# j" Z e9 h9 t! b
Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy# R% M* I$ a/ t" ]
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
* X% b2 x- Z( PStrong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
% d' A9 U9 w0 v6 f/ V) GHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus/ ~: _8 _; D/ g7 P
