Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Develop and maintain a filing system. r$ E/ H# C u' c

Submit and reconcile expense reports! X0 e2 Q9 o( C2 r) l
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
; W* c, V, C# CLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
