Answer and direct phone calls

Create email templates for operations department

Update and maintain office policies and procedures* ]: [2 M0 N; K
Submit and reconcile expense reports
% J b9 T* b0 c5 lAct as the point of contact for internal and external clients
8 G/ q9 t4 }+ PLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
