Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports8 B8 ]6 u x6 X$ ~
Develop and maintain a filing system+ A c) w* A7 b8 t% V
Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients2 k2 T2 c( M( ]6 Q" D
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers) }' N: s, h' ~# x) C$ x/ J

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
