工作职责
9 a  k% W4 @" t. w. ^Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
  {) T1 J; A* ?# f, Y! p5 bŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

8 S% j$ u5 @6 XŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
' g2 ], X8 z+ {6 ZŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
* j& l" k" S4 d1 E& A3 f, ZŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
7 ]1 E2 r4 R( i7 w+ Y) vŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
9 d6 Q" E$ ], B7 y4 W5 u0 pŸ   Excellent communication skills
: d( `: [% T  I. }( B$ N0 o$ `Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
$ r/ t2 W/ H" T# S! aŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
7 U+ i* x4 G0 a. f3 T" jŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
- j. i+ h$ Y1 _( }5 FŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
