工作职责
8 s4 h7 R! F/ A% u; gŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
, B/ U& B- a. ?% G% q( j* [Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
7 H3 d3 S9 L1 S. M# MŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
1 H: C. G  q1 |+ A. t; GŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
. H+ S- W! o* q7 nŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
3 `6 [; ^" f2 F5 w* i9 U5 tŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
. p+ ~2 Q6 h3 GŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
/ |6 C; l# ?0 D4 d& V/ yŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
  \; L5 ?0 h3 U  x* }! O7 U5 CŸ   Valid driver’s license
9 }6 Q% z+ b* r; O0 K2 r( R9 F2 \Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
1 k8 ~. n9 D+ Y* GŸ   Computer experience required.
7 S9 m& J6 i* g. }) L: JExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
