4 \7 c2 ?" p# s% E; M# s1 z1 H' XŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
0 \: C/ c/ M3 Z5 ZŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
+ O1 f% c8 J  h0 j  }Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

7 G' v  @8 x5 y* s4 J  L; RŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
" ~  f$ k* Q1 oŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
: w9 N1 f! Q% W/ e+ r9 KŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
8 ]3 Z/ x% m+ q& NŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
$ z: c8 Q% R2 C- i( _4 EŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
5 z: b) ?; T0 c0 Q# g/ fŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
' X5 s% n/ H/ ?& F9 q7 NŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
