/ h$ I) L/ z( ^/ hŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
/ ?+ M/ o" {3 ?5 m( w9 gŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
& E5 E# h4 r2 w( R3 O, OŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
3 U  p% [3 Y1 qŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
4 a; L3 a) y8 I5 Y4 t4 s7 OŸ   Excellent communication skills
  L* D+ V# U: [! p' C( M7 h- G" lŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

. B( ]( e; s" o' w# {Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
3 }; N' O# _" C! TŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
" g' @+ k7 }* E# X; l# U1 p- lExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
