Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
$ Q3 B9 U* B8 }6 W/ G& QŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
$ {. i  \  a& J$ w) ^Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
* A! n2 B# f1 [/ _: P; LŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
0 h+ u6 R* ~6 ^& rŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
4 S' F$ L2 z. o# l$ j& j+ z% |+ HŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
# c2 {3 r1 c( a( l- x0 N& {5 ^Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
6 A  U0 M7 R( N! k+ \# NŸ   Excellent communication skills
! }" c! a% M0 J/ K  ~9 k& oŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
9 D1 {3 \7 q" t3 \Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
