Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
: Y: P8 L  H( [# y+ SŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
: t5 d) q* }' @8 o) ?6 D- V9 X& GŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
7 M, M8 _# O) \, o2 GŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
( G' G6 I/ c( t; r7 hŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
" a! ~- @2 T3 b# RŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
. }" m$ @9 i( ^, o& i# W: ]- nŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
9 Y" y9 n5 f1 y3 YŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.

3 ]  M) ?' k1 ]" ~8 X1 @5 hŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
2 v7 k4 D0 j2 A7 l8 sExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.

$130, 000-$150,000 per year
