Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
3 C/ h  J. \$ Q& ?Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
* D$ u% R$ H7 eŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
$ t* _: `& v) f& D, g  ^Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
3 v7 \0 }, v7 \Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
9 l. V8 t. l) t- F5 B* pŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
% N+ s$ _. C) M) l1 d* p, |Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
/ M1 K6 V& o& DŸ   Valid driver’s license
: ]# Z6 N6 D9 W$ q0 x, W  I* UŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
$ j8 y& }* i8 v$ t' Z( KExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
