6 ?: T; e" K' `6 d* P, b9 k; f* kŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
8 z$ l2 n) \( R& F- |+ ~Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
. ?; x, C8 n# L% kŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
5 c& ^  U5 w# h; w+ PŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
1 e* D' s$ p  p1 _Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
* k( k7 N+ P1 G6 D! lŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
% Y/ d0 g, F% f6 |" u; f) oŸ   Excellent communication skills
$ _, C8 p5 ]" h0 r" O1 M: oŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
4 Q9 t, M( U9 P( b# XŸ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
1 y9 U% Z4 a: A1 H! l, R, BŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
* ^" v4 u: \3 K: [( W: y; H7 s2 @Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
! B3 U5 C' i/ |Ÿ   Computer experience required.
5 g/ D$ W0 C% ?7 c: a  EExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
