Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
% Q. ~' ~* b  P/ K- ?' lŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
1 @  o1 \1 ^6 n* y* A# |$ IŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
8 t/ f! x' P, l9 F3 q+ tŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
, f5 M- k* a* |5 R! gŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
6 ?: m7 Z8 q9 c( m( RŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
. M% H* i, Q! K" h; vŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
5 ^) I$ u  O1 p1 J; [Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

6 h2 C) s1 W2 f- O3 B) I' vŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
! ?% P. J' v3 O$ JŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
