工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

  Q3 y, R+ G$ h1 B6 b. {Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
% V4 m) i! I; |* RŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
. v& a: @7 Y+ Q4 oŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
& {- e6 E  H- f' FŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
# m, a  G( V0 @" uŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
  r# [. G6 R5 H% h/ u) L- h1 eŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
& D& T, k5 P4 R/ Y; D) j$ DŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

$ w" l! i) ~7 {6 _7 J3 p2 gŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license

0 U: U. U0 R9 ]- O1 SŸ   Computer experience required.
7 f7 v- {, [( B8 RExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
