工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
$ o- n( W1 m  r" `Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
3 s  `7 `4 [0 G+ g/ B" nŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
5 ^& x& \( f5 ]2 k8 w' rŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
8 P/ q) v3 f1 z& rŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

3 G1 L- B& \# a  ]Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
+ G- U, S7 Z" Q) X" R+ qŸ   Valid driver’s license
3 E" J7 ~, B: x1 l4 bŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
