工作职责
  m6 X7 C5 r' B& c$ d6 W4 B4 PŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
' s/ O5 `! O  v. |3 mŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
4 O2 Q+ `) C( p) C& ~, {3 A- IŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
' o5 w# s$ d4 O  D, qŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
" p7 m, i2 x, R0 x: CŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
' j! d4 Z! |( E6 h: YŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
2 h9 s. ]: {- ~" `  A1 U+ eŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
+ y9 @) D/ L; j3 n& AŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
1 n. h9 ^( A) w* g4 ?0 rŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
" ?5 N4 q, j% p( l- n3 ZŸ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
5 t- ~9 m- c, A( u+ ]/ l/ iExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
