工作职责
# c4 E4 \- N5 x2 F: ?; {Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
5 w- ?7 B: l" l2 N  p; X) V4 qŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
# ?8 i- Z. ]) {2 K9 Z. KŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
8 o8 m: K$ v5 K- l8 s$ Y0 OŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
9 o( H8 {8 X! |Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
' E4 U0 o6 Z# H4 d3 yŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
/ d* A. ^# v- F' c# t+ \Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
; _1 C) L) }: l- V$ GŸ   Excellent communication skills
' r1 _) H& p; l' r: f8 _0 qŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
$ f5 @* Q/ l: K. B! t- A- G1 IŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
; a% U) Q2 P2 NŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
: R: t+ n6 O( y; P* H* bŸ   Computer experience required.
