& t5 q+ y9 C  |+ M! q  [Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
7 C8 [9 \" ~' Y1 _8 K$ ^( YŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
8 G2 {1 a7 r$ ^7 aŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
: G8 t& Y. v! H/ P$ i7 g- g9 ?2 cŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
( R2 u' `1 l% W' y9 @Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
5 M7 S1 b/ t4 H  a+ C; |) WŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
1 M6 \" r- I' ZŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
9 F6 _* S  d9 {Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
* E% r) _9 r3 pŸ   Excellent communication skills
1 i) O) @9 e4 WŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
* ?1 X- s) }0 F6 ]# P: zŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
! l  r! o* d0 k6 d6 J- e' z" D7 t8 [Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
2 U# s- v! W$ g& Z9 XŸ   Computer experience required.
7 H) |( y/ @% V* AExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
