-Job Description
The Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
5 I7 `2 R+ Q1 V& g! p5 Z-Job Responsibilities:
Create high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
/ i/ y8 t- g) `5 x6 jEnsure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
% q. i( S% j0 i5 K: x) vProvide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
2 @0 f$ i( c& COrder and receive raw materials and dry goods.
$ p' S2 t1 p/ ]; h$ P+ d8 KMaintain daily production records.
Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.
