Job Description
. O a; O" y X. IResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
# q! _1 S& Y i T2 [# c& mResponsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.8 [7 z1 r1 x1 P) v0 q, I; D
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.3 ?7 M1 U/ Y5 Q
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
" n3 y& Q8 c* L* AResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users., q0 D; @: V7 s2 x2 m
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
! Q0 Q1 T! k5 S6 ]Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting., D- R5 o _1 n1 W
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement. [0 e+ A) u& Q1 x0 }" K1 j& ~
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc., f8 I# z3 G3 q! ~5 C9 ]+ o
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
