Job Description
+ i4 k' T/ l+ @3 d" }Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.5 B( Y; s9 X* |/ p+ t, `
Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system./ Y, \' e0 T6 ]# _% L2 U
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.. f! M/ u6 g. [: ~$ @* \+ b
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
2 `' S' u. u, d. Y5 pResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
) R2 O% S' F1 @: f: DResponsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.7 \) z) j& Q7 x% y4 I8 g7 F; J
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.+ [) S1 `0 l- v
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
5 o$ A3 }; |9 p0 j6 VBuild IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.: b5 |& W) V% y% A ?3 O9 @
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
