Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.8 s2 ?$ |) c* e2 ~: k/ a+ s
Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.! } \0 N9 P1 j. R( J- z
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.1 T5 n1 N u& W7 l X& e& m2 K
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
$ M. { d% V" t/ {, Y- c: N: qResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users. L0 S9 ]* L* u4 ^
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
. [( Y. G. y# ]" s' q8 kNetwork and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting. B( e& W# W* D7 A7 u. R
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.$ i8 n" e6 A3 V( c( [6 h5 e. s
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.
