CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open Accountant within our growing team.# x9 j* j6 N( A/ r$ A5 G
x* S9 }/ `7 C* r mResponsibilities:
9 w0 ^ `1 [" y; N2 K r0 g* @5 I. V5 V• Manage all accounting transactions
4 z2 [0 c8 d4 n8 _• Publish financial statements in time
4 t! W! a* l; B2 Q& {* N• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings: O" F g8 ]/ D8 T* t
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable9 x3 g1 `- f; U% u9 G; A8 C
• Ensure timely bank payments: W J- I# r' Q+ h4 h
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
2 ]$ L, \3 U. o1 ~• Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization./ G" z E. g# h
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
/ V: x+ V2 {' z% d# B• Comply with financial policies and regulations' p- ^ I1 J8 u8 p5 w
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
2 N. Q/ Z7 K- S! C f- t) L3 O! b! C9 d$ B" g3 f% e' h
• bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
$ L$ P& x5 d0 U6 K- i) M! ]• Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)( g$ E, q+ t& @( Y. z
• 2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)5 S2 [/ |, _9 E& V+ N! g# k2 G
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
4 v; I/ g6 ~7 G( R2 O5 K! K• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
5 P4 x+ p" I$ q& E• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- b! `, y5 N! U, g6 |5 A
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5 \% L! T# O) P; N3 L7 r• Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.; ?2 d$ o5 v/ a/ I) B$ B1 z
- U e& k$ k9 X7 U8 ySalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
