CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

1 H+ T  G' U0 a4 d•        Manage all accounting transactions
4 n8 g/ }- p, z2 L. N•        Publish financial statements in time
/ T6 w; T' o( B' j•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
5 S' ~0 z4 ~8 L7 m7 |•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
/ Z6 |2 B& E& F+ Q+ M•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
6 E1 ~0 d* h$ K9 ~
( x3 `9 U1 b7 G8 o•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
0 e4 D% x2 y6 P+ k1 i* L1 W" Y. b•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
5 V/ ]/ g, y- }•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
+ M9 o! [- p6 ?7 T4 ?7 h•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
/ s# c/ o! q0 D7 I% z' D•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4 D: R$ E: E5 M- b, D0 Q6 V•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
