CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
6 o4 A8 i, J8 A$ K•        Publish financial statements in time
& B0 Z* ^3 O5 q6 M- {* A' d•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
; h; C( ~; F! r, G•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
" C$ w' |5 s+ o8 O4 _•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  q/ s+ f, ]/ E6 p6 r•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
3 @' A+ E- |3 O! B/ S4 _1 Y& _( ~•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

* i& }/ p- e* c- V•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
. @5 R* x# m' ~8 @# W# d•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
/ {/ ^! R# p- a( l3 ]•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
1 @1 h8 Y6 A  G0 v, u$ q7 {•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
) `+ b" O" I4 y0 T- i•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
