CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
2 S, U% V) T0 @0 y" A•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
8 t; i& L8 P# A# ^* d•        Ensure timely bank payments
5 Y$ m( b" @# d. J•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
$ {% m* |7 V/ f4 P6 V•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

# u: r. L2 C& AAccountant Requirements:

$ ^* W# C* z) ^( H8 ^3 }3 V•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
$ m2 N; w7 k4 f' J" Q•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
7 x+ O9 y" {: `•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
' y1 x' W$ k+ U7 u+ y& o•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- E& Q" |  B6 G% R/ Z; Z•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
