CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
6 c) h! [9 `7 b% w+ G+ n7 |/ E•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
2 N4 O! V/ v. |6 U•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
3 l1 H6 Y" l/ S* x•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
3 ]  r& q3 S& X3 K" I2 x# |•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

/ U) G% O5 k* s) d! B•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
1 a* T% H+ O  R. P! A•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
3 y: V! i. e; X7 }6 ]•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
6 I# W* ^2 r$ M1 T# r" N•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
- |; i& _# I% T8 p) g* j$ ]% k8 k•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
: P" Z. T4 C& [6 U! H•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
