CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
5 g9 e$ X& |- f; i1 m•        Manage all accounting transactions
5 `% J+ n0 b* b  K# T•        Publish financial statements in time
* }& O; S9 w& o( l  ?+ Q% G•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- @7 x: [9 e& f& i•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- B) d# t% f& r3 W* {& M( H: ^. [•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

+ I' A6 n1 z, O
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
% R+ A% M2 _) j7 c2 `; Q•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
- b$ Y. J# r" h( p. K- k0 e•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
5 X  I+ d' W% [# t6 R) U3 i( E, E•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
5 k; E6 _# _  M; k# x) y0 X•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
