CAC is seeking for a full-time procurement officer to join our team.

' y* [! k; {' yThis position is an important role in the company where the successful candidate will lead the strategic sourcing of all required products and services.

The procurement officer is responsible for:
. |2 Q4 X4 W/ g5 q- X-        Identifying and serving the needs of each business department
-        Sourcing and evaluating local, national or international suppliers
-        Negotiating terms, conditions and contracts
-        Building and managing supplier relationships
0 @3 _9 A! G# C$ {8 n-        Performing cost savings and profit margin analyses

# J- g" c6 S/ h1 u  xRequirements:
- Sound research skills
* S% ~1 X( {7 s& T& u- D. u- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
" ?( U6 q! R" `+ q6 Y* E# k- Strong organization and time management skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
$ X0 I$ _9 b& J- T) s- Cycle counting and adjusting experience preferred  
* B/ K! S/ i# P9 Q- d- Experience with mechanical parts, welding materials, PPE and consumables for the construction industry is an asset
- Experience with Inventory control is an asset
