- Identifying and serving the needs of each business department$ J! p# Q( M- Y2 G0 U! ]( Y
- Sourcing and evaluating local, national or international suppliers! S: u2 ~6 k( N4 ? d5 t+ \
- Negotiating terms, conditions and contracts
% J8 a( q- I' s* }- Building and managing supplier relationships) }6 P* \, `7 ]$ z' ^3 j
- Performing cost savings and profit margin analyses6 Z* W- g' }: v1 ^9 ]. O( s# m
. e: V2 S( s. @$ D( yRequirements: 3 F* F0 `, R' t; Y. b+ v
- Sound research skills% |8 D$ G+ s/ W o
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Friendly and outgoing personality # |3 M% `" u+ E9 L4 J% z7 d
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
. y0 m" _. F! O3 o- Cycle counting and adjusting experience preferred

- Experience with Inventory control is an asset
