Job Responsibilities:

• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
. i- l; q9 D6 g$ y: b  ^& y• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
, O) E2 H% f2 ~8 `& b: S6 K• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
; a; @3 G, Y0 u$ {8 |# l* F• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

Qualifications:

$ a/ v) }7 t. K5 k• Proven strong sales and customer service
" d& A, Z2 q6 W1 K* y• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
" f! h! ^0 G* n8 |0 l) I1 a, y• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
1 l2 b9 t' s3 S( a) N0 g• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience

• Availability - evening and weekend shift are a must
