• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
! R( x+ ?! k$ ]) c: @" a• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
  d/ ]( B: n# N7 x' ]0 ]# k1 r• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
" X( F8 `0 U2 k• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
6 b3 Y/ R- @" X4 E6 a• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
' \7 N9 x& z8 Q2 a• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

• Proven strong sales and customer service
• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient at analyzing numbers.

) Q& U7 o; I) x' \* U: D• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge
! N- {& l: C! x) E• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
4 u3 j/ r/ C8 ?* c# x) c• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience
' K7 r1 N" \& o• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
