• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
- G3 T1 n& V0 O# [• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
$ @- O5 F+ [  U" Z  p2 p' c9 V• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
% Y' q( Q, C% Q* `; Q! C& L• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

Qualifications:

6 Q7 J' T) B$ F' ^• Proven strong sales and customer service
: O# X. N+ j. u% e# V& c" a2 ?) z7 ^• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.

• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
" [+ q4 `: {- |" g5 h• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
! a% F& _7 {! {) c. M! f& R3 Q• Previous customer service experience
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• A Post-secondary education is minimum requirement
