- Secondary school graduate
6 X$ b# Q1 U5 Y, `5 l. _+ t0 N- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.

- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.

2 P, ~% U( {" l( l  v3 I- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
) u6 F; x( P% }8 F& ~3 ^- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
% I% }' p, U; Z6 W9 _! u' E3 U- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
