Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
" v; C* L8 d  v2 `7 L# i- Secondary school graduate
8 u: ~$ e- L! b$ A- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
' Y5 J2 t2 J- W6 R: a" J- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
  P0 F+ l$ R8 f6 Y: }* u- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
  }6 _* w0 |% ], [* B4 h. ]- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
  P) D" ^, L  ?# n" l% T: w' p  f- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- E0 d; n4 X) b, l- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
