- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
9 E  r3 ^0 I) V9 o- Professional appearance and attitude.
; Q, ?8 F; I- g- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
