2 I. W3 U! y! H, i9 kKnowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
1 s+ j8 |" V* c. ?-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
7 Q  Y+ t# d8 `6 v2 o" ?3 p-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
+ k1 o' q6 s* G" S8 O-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
1 \* E- [1 S+ Z' f0 J! i: u-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
' O% }  H$ Y$ T3 o, @' O-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
