Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
4 T( [6 U5 p) V8 n-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
" T9 T4 H8 o" l3 L) e-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
& ^. I: O7 i$ z% \6 E-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
- O' f8 E. E: J# L' T' A% M- p2 O-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
# m  n) w& X* O: ^5 h-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
% K2 q4 Q; p" Z! h2 @-Sales Experience is an asset
% p2 L% V1 r, Y3 k( @- j-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
