Sun Life Financial公司 星期一宣布，将要退休Clarica 标牌，作为调整市场对策的一部分。

Clarica 是Mutual life of Canada 在1999年引入的，三年后被Sun Life 收买下来。

Clarica was introduced in 1999 by Mutual life of Canada, and was acquired by Sun Life three years later.
There are almost two million Clarica policy- and accountholders in Canada, said Sun Life. Clarica also has a sales force of about 3,500.

* N* f7 R( p( V5 V+ f- AThe company said the changes will be completed by the first quarter of 2008. Sun Life will incur a $40-million to $50-million charge in the first quarter of 2007.
