Essential Responsibilities:
$ z# }" a9 @, S0 k 6 J3 B+ }" G4 |% Q- t
PLC, HMI and SCADA programming of control systems in a variety of platforms for water and wastewater treatment systems.
# } S! T8 D0 _Configuration and testing of PLC data and IO networks.$ s7 J" [" ^; k( @1 k
Read and process engineering documents, including P&IDs, process design guidelines, Electrical Schematics, Communications Network Architecture and engineering best practices guides.8 i) b% V, a6 H4 ?3 h
Collaborate in cross-functional project team discussions and meetings, and proactively seek relevant details for programming deliverables.

3 a, L8 y5 D" S! [ KContribute to the design of process controls strategies and documentation with operator and equipment safety in mind.
/ ~/ T# j* S O( cManage budget, scope and schedule and report risks and opportunities to project managers in timely manner.

Work with 3rd-party system integrators to coordinate plant design and operation as needed
( g' g f0 n+ c$ ~2 WEstablish, maintain, implement and follow standard practices for programming.5 Q' W, ^% a* q, L+ h* b
Execute projects for a wide variety of Water Treatment Technologies (including Ion Exchange, Immersed and Pressurized Ultra Filtration, Membrane Bioreactors, Reverse Osmosis, Electro Deionization, Electrodialysis Reversal, Thermal, Conventional) O& ` _+ s p- _+ b- N
Participate in customer witnessed FAT, SAT and other related Control System checkouts as needed0 }2 K" E( T# Z% H0 i: M; e' q% |8 B
Work with internal stakeholders to provide input up front in the project cycle including bids, design reviews and factory testing9 q3 a9 V( z K* z0 q2 K
Lead internal initiatives aimed at improving the automation team and greater business and independently drive to closure% Z; K1 Z1 Z- b2 g- i$ u( R) _2 K
Occasional domestic travel (~15%) for client meetings or customer site visits.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent from an accredited University or College
$ E v, Z& l( i" ^: R. BTwo to five years' experience developing Rockwell based PLC, HMI and SCADA programs for process control applications.
$ \7 h# V- M6 T" V% `Automation testing experience (simulation and/or field environment)! [& }8 I# x2 w' T( K
Experience interpreting process control documents.8 c- D% K: \; i1 M; ]
Excellent written/verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities4 b0 m' @/ Z" ^9 J: T' a# L
Proven ability to follow set of procedures and standards, and extrapolate new concepts from established standards& X% }( a B9 h
Knowledge of and/or demonstrated ability to learn equipment and processes related to SUEZ WTS products and systems including but not limited to RO/ED, UF/MBR, Ion Exchange, Thermal and Conventional technologies2 E' Y& ^9 e+ z& }5 g! [3 ]; I* h
Valid passport and driver's license.

- _9 h6 d+ V3 h7 E& q+ K5 K! FStrong knowledge of water/wastewater process: Understand biological processes, disinfection, BOD, coagulation, etc.

Electrical experience particularly with electrical panels and water treatment equipment0 K) S! u/ n! e: ~; j
Ability to operate under pressure on tight timelines while producing detailed and accurate documents9 [$ x9 P& D3 o4 X2 Y
Ability to quickly shift focus from one technical issue to another while maintaining commitment to accuracy and precision
