PLC, HMI and SCADA programming of control systems in a variety of platforms for water and wastewater treatment systems.7 c3 U, w$ O4 C+ j% u% `8 g
Configuration and testing of PLC data and IO networks.
1 V- Z7 k* |) q3 B9 K$ FRead and process engineering documents, including P&IDs, process design guidelines, Electrical Schematics, Communications Network Architecture and engineering best practices guides./ G0 F* @* Q4 N, G2 K" o& X% Z" {0 a: ?
Collaborate in cross-functional project team discussions and meetings, and proactively seek relevant details for programming deliverables.

) [( L, ^" X7 A8 R5 J7 PContribute to the design of process controls strategies and documentation with operator and equipment safety in mind.' ~8 r9 Y4 J6 t% p
Manage budget, scope and schedule and report risks and opportunities to project managers in timely manner.

Communicate in a formal, professional, and technical manner to various audiences

Establish, maintain, implement and follow standard practices for programming.
. l) `& S3 K1 JExecute projects for a wide variety of Water Treatment Technologies (including Ion Exchange, Immersed and Pressurized Ultra Filtration, Membrane Bioreactors, Reverse Osmosis, Electro Deionization, Electrodialysis Reversal, Thermal, Conventional)0 O, w! C1 O2 u3 S$ P7 O2 q
Participate in customer witnessed FAT, SAT and other related Control System checkouts as needed

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent from an accredited University or College0 A' p |) M/ b3 X
Two to five years' experience developing Rockwell based PLC, HMI and SCADA programs for process control applications.
; s( Y1 t1 j* ]/ p# R1 x; F+ C: ^, jAutomation testing experience (simulation and/or field environment)3 E% b: o6 B7 M
Experience interpreting process control documents.
- w: d4 j- G7 X) B! cExcellent written/verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities* F+ X6 K A/ }' i3 m( X& P
Proven ability to follow set of procedures and standards, and extrapolate new concepts from established standards
0 [$ ?( Z9 ?3 z0 ?Knowledge of and/or demonstrated ability to learn equipment and processes related to SUEZ WTS products and systems including but not limited to RO/ED, UF/MBR, Ion Exchange, Thermal and Conventional technologies

Understanding of hydraulics and fundamentals of fluid mechanics and previous experience with water treatment systems7 O i2 i0 m# Q1 L. X0 z' o
Strong knowledge of water/wastewater process: Understand biological processes, disinfection, BOD, coagulation, etc.
3 T* [, Y1 n- d7 pMechanical experience particularly with water treatment equipment (pumps, valves, instrumentation, relief valves, regulators, pneumatic systems, etc.)% k7 g7 N* O; R. n
Electrical experience particularly with electrical panels and water treatment equipment
' O a9 r% C" eAbility to operate under pressure on tight timelines while producing detailed and accurate documents
