- Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)

- Order Checking according to guideline

- Charge Credit Card to approve payment

- Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request or Inventory Shortage

- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments., n9 B5 L# ]& M9 b. d, A. N3 J% Y
- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
* {) F# Y& d0 W- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues independently0 s! e# |5 G7 K
- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.6 ]6 m- ]0 \8 `: ]/ N9 ?
- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal
. F' \- D" A& m- L$ O9 {7 |+ X- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters # X, q% N6 {8 @" I# [3 ]
- Point of contact with Factory in China   F  i" c& o. @2 c' ~. [
- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly
4 x" u( E) o) B8 W! v! u/ b- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage
! E! N/ f8 G; C" b, F! Y+ R1 E4 D2 S7 W- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with     account representative
8 a! Y  u' A% ~- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z. 5 z% a1 D! ]! G- h; t$ g, R
- EDI accounts related work and others as required

- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.+ J0 ]5 _" a6 r9 \( W& b
- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures
; \( |6 v/ T0 ~0 Z. k0 b1 M" c- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.! Q% O% S, S3 R- f, b: S) e. Y
- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.0 j7 l, H% Q7 c7 p4 a8 p
- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
# i) c! w/ x$ u* @8 j% ^- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.! E# t! e( ?* }. E
- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.
8 F5 d2 {* X  `1 M; V- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.: v5 J* m+ q' b' r# b# N
- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.
/ O7 h0 H% ^% B+ f- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.
1 q# n" p+ ~1 k8 j3 ^- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.+ }% c% F8 |) C& }3 J$ t6 @

- Respond to customer & Internal team’s inquiries and ability to solve problems

4 `- y& U5 l( K3 k- Work out Sales or Inventory related Reports on Monthly Basis or others as required

9 T9 T4 i! P" z( O1 T: d- Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts
7 T% E( a1 ?* {3 p4 s- Update system with Shipping information at order level / ?1 G. _% [5 W/ D& U
- Assist Auditing’s request for Order Processing related procedures
" G# H3 \/ D/ Z6 B- Customer Service and other duties as required.
