- Charge Credit Card to approve payment

- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.

- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.

- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters : U" f, e& W9 W; L- H
- Point of contact with Factory in China

! E: T$ h ?8 \# @1 r* b9 k% w- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with account representative
* J6 J/ U4 ?) u2 ]& r3 d- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z.

- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
, _- l+ X* y& k$ t, ?- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures
* u( s4 g2 _. ^- E2 `- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.
5 D! O; m* P g# u4 F- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
3 h" w' u" r) n% ^- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.! _& U+ W( w. t8 Z% ~
- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.
8 s' v& q' v2 P2 W( J8 k/ S# q- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.8 j# j1 l% u) X Q. c6 G6 x9 w
- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.+ Z5 C6 B! C+ x7 C4 U( l
- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.

- Work out Weekly Sales Report
