- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters

- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage1 f# D' U1 Y3 P
- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with account representative7 E ^! J& q+ U2 A* U. K6 T
- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z.

- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.

- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.
5 H: k3 h* D* S- g- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.: t; A3 A6 Y( q
- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
1 k6 ]5 W. f _1 H' K- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.
* n. `9 r- h6 I: d- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.
+ G0 E4 b1 d: c# q& |9 C& g- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.2 P6 F1 Y, \, i" l5 m
- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.
