- Customer service background
0 Y7 K. F4 u4 g  c7 E' \4 p- Typing speed 35 wpm as minimum
- Excellent computer skills
- Multi-tasking   
. Z0 C. b; m/ a( o4 a- Speak fluent English & Cantonese
