Your Key Responsibilities
3 x( D. H1 E0 M& u& C•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
4 f7 R' R5 K) c1 D•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
  C5 Z. g% P6 L•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
4 P. N" v7 C, w: ?; U•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
0 q; M% Z/ H" t6 Y/ Y•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
1 J# |2 `( Q9 x  \. B•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Your Capabilities and Credentials
5 l2 D, w- K5 b3 d( L, X7 y5 M•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
6 w! Q7 b3 D9 o  v•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
: a6 n9 V3 Z. s5 m2 j) {•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
7 V1 L. J2 L  m) ^$ \% j& G4 }•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
% g" h2 Y( q: m•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
* [) q/ n- ]" O# p8 n4 Q•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

$ f$ G6 M. l3 ?  l& U4 vPost-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

5 C; u5 J; ?; T! A5 S3 J" vPosition will primarily work in an office setting. May require some field work.
