•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
4 e. O4 i& Y6 b3 }0 B, W& Z•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
; P. Z! n1 q" U& I; N! B' D•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.

7 J- \ t4 m7 ?$ i0 F* {•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials& Q: h( J: f/ C( }( f+ [
•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
# m0 B: q0 ?5 x) B" s6 C•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.& o0 T! i! l J ~) V- O$ q
•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).7 K) v! { D2 Z3 d$ N6 Q* H' e6 j5 n
•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
; Z% F6 }2 `, O* q( w•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.! n$ L( v3 C, f* B2 C
•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.* ?0 M8 Q9 R( |) ^7 p' D
•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy. 9 I0 N3 f2 \5 m5 i$ U
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field. * t; x. Y# x3 ^. A H

2+ years network related experience.
