+ C0 X0 ^0 @1 ]/ ]4 l3 F1 K* qAs a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:% g6 m( d' ]. k0 `2 }9 b
, i5 T" H: }) r1 t# Z* m. r7 |4 D- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved.
/ p6 B! C n7 G- C- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants.

- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures. 6 s" @3 `: X: Y Y
- Ensuring a structured approach to managing safety performance and environmental diligence.
6 o3 L( H0 s8 ^- Ensuring effective communications within the Reclamation Operating Group as well as with other departments, and with other operating groups (Extraction). , w7 s% B9 T* z/ B- S

Experience and Education Requirements

4 X( v8 e" [) o& l3 x# \- Previous supervisory experience
( g5 K0 K. l$ h3 q- Strong leadership skills 2 V; d1 l: ?7 u) f% R9 L. L
- A minimum of grade 12 diploma 2 Q* {" u4 Y3 C. H+ l
- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills
/ o7 b1 s; p6 {: _- Several years experience related to large materials processing plant or dredging operations
0 U, \5 u0 ]& G6 z& @; |- A good working knowledge of OH & S regulations and thorough understanding of Loss Management techniques." I. c- n6 t |$ I( H
