0 Q' w6 [, H/ Q( ^As a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:

- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved.
: Y( p% X* C( A4 l' Y- G- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants.
, E4 Y8 d. ?! G3 s, j- Ensuring effective on-shift training and progression qualification for operators.
9 H& j3 x6 o1 ^9 D5 C- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures. % f5 M$ {+ E& F# n) q
- Ensuring a structured approach to managing safety performance and environmental diligence.
! I3 P$ }: O' h k z" n- Ensuring effective communications within the Reclamation Operating Group as well as with other departments, and with other operating groups (Extraction). ! |. ?; Z/ ?5 ^

- Previous supervisory experience
