•        2 tbsp (25 mL) Liquid honey
% a" E+ E7 R, w% @+ A2 q0 @•        1 tsp (5 mL) Ground ginger
" @7 ~+ g+ e- B; h1 V•        1 Clove garlic, minced
2 V) _! L! _7 ~: s0 O& \! v•        Pinch pepper( z/ D0 E" T9 F: r( t
•        4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts# ]2 f+ [, Y- V+ A
•        4 Pineapple slices
' o) A; ]" E5 @9 D# I! h  \4 ~' X, `" C9 \3 S: a

. J' L+ {4 q0 YIn bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic and pepper; add chicken and let marinate for 15 minutes.1 ?9 ]7 p7 G2 d/ U9 `1 S/ D6 E

7 M" }/ T- I& J* @5 u" ]& DReserving marinade, arrange chicken and pineapple in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet. Brush with marinade; broil for about 4 minutes per side or until chicken is golden and no longer pink inside. Serve topped with pineapple.

For large chicken breasts, flatten slightly with meat pounder to ensure even cooking.
