2 L! G0 P( y+ g1 c6 l$ {4 s) M- Ability to train staff on customer service matters, stocking up products and sales
7 S; w+ P  ~! [% Z+ P) i* ?& W
- Organize and distribute staff schedules
- K+ Q; @& o; c  k8 n- c, }. Q+ o5 x
0 o/ A+ y2 D/ O- T$ o2 J; q9 e) J  m- Preparing daily sales deposits, setting up cashier tills, etc..

- Opening and closing procedures

- Load and unload merchandise for sales floor distribution
/ q% ?( F) Q$ s8 [: }' R0 k" ]
- Set up floor and window displays

: R, m( Y/ B, F, X, b- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally

- Must be able to multi-task

- Prior experience is a plus+

- Able to read Japanese is a plus
