Job descriptions

/ `* X: C+ U  a' o1. Manage all invoicing 

2. Receive and respond courteously to customer inquiries by emails and calls
6 r1 r. _: ^, {' ~& ^8 s" _- V5 N0 j
4 Z/ }/ K. Q' q3. Perform sales invoice data entry into  SPS  Commerce, MS  Excel and MS Access

4. Generate reports to production team and sale manager

5. Order office suppliers

+ e& S6 N$ S2 K! s6. Other duties will be assigned

2. Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin
