The Ministry of Children's Services provides financial assistance to eligible lower-income families using:

Licensed pre-schools and

Maximum subsidy rates vary by program type and the age of child attending child care.

- a3 d! G" Y" P2 VYou or your spouse/partner, or the child receiving care are Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada and live in Alberta.
' h" H% c  M5 Q* m1 Y' Q' x* zYou or your spouse/partner are an Alberta resident.
' ~/ L8 i3 A: |( T% `Your children are 12 years of age or younger and are not yet attending Grade 7.

低收入有一个数目。今天早晨听 cbc ，两个女士都有不错的工作，也可以领。我觉着我们对政府定义的低收入还把握不准。

查了一下： net income of less than $42,255 per year

: C6 Z, s# c' L7 @: W- C/ ?: va person earns wages of $1,000, and $300 in deductions are taken from his paycheck. His gross income is $1,000 and his net income is $700.

根据这个定义，应该不少人可以属于低收入。
