$ s- x* H7 h) E8 ~- |Engage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders

/ |. C% V( m/ [; k# }+ P8 p: }. oMitigate risk to the organization.

3 V1 {  _* \3 ]2 f' ?* Y
  L( o' e, ]' {  Q4 u  N2 JA minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
; j6 m6 j) J( S4 g' _5 E2 h4 ~: g; D% ^Experience:

Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
$ D. m6 X/ X; Q: v1 fPublic speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
$ b# L3 t0 `3 pSenior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.
Professional:

0 B5 j; {  r3 \( b7 s; \Current or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).
8 @$ Z; l  z3 g, w. O1 w  m
3 K0 h' d) q  o/ k5 \+ k+ D( }Current or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
4 a  c  {6 f; F0 E4 oMaintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
Center objectives.
