In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

8 a6 r1 ]6 D. }Adhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships

6 Y- v7 t4 c1 P) B) g- z. g' eEngage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
6 k' s4 m  U" ZBe accountable for decision and actions
Mitigate risk to the organization.
Education:
9 f' L0 i$ c( W
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
7 g9 a3 h2 o, W4 wExperience:

Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
& j8 @/ R) j; t7 q) tPublic speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
Senior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.

' A7 b% y' N2 [7 B3 ZCurrent or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

Current or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
Maintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
Center objectives.
