In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

Lead the organization towards the excellence in resident care and quality of life for Seniors
" d  P! K- _( `9 ^; ]Adhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
6 Q$ u, j6 k$ J5 k$ P& Q/ ~% jAchieve and maintain accreditation standards
Engage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
Be accountable for decision and actions
Mitigate risk to the organization.
Education:
0 R4 n( y1 H, S& m1 p9 U3 _
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
7 K8 X/ c& y+ o$ ]" ^! r• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
- x; Z) e  W3 w" F/ TExperience:

Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
Public speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
  |& {+ W  C6 k6 i& ~8 VSenior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.

3 r0 N, L2 e7 r& Q+ tCurrent or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

Current or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
2 N8 J( f7 d( S0 f% {1 u( ~Maintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
Center objectives.
