听说社区里的健身是免费的，是这样的吗？器械是怎么样？
一般健身房的价格是多少？

there are a lot of sport items, swim pool, skate, hot tub,tennis,...

one-two days/week are free for public, other time you can use it with payment, 3-4$/day, or 30-60$/year for membership.

某些公寓的健身中心对业主是免费开放的；

如果你是NAIT或一些学校的学生，学校的健身中心对学生也是免费开放的。

其他的就很可能是收费的了。
