• showing the new house and company property;

$ J  k/ B5 r4 F6 U• Creating purchase orders/data entry of work orders and tenant information;
# f/ ]( I) O4 F# c8 F& r( A% U8 l, J• Organizing files and documents related to contract and leases;
; X- B: ?/ d% t• Other duties as required;
• Flexible work time, at least 0.6 work load;
• Familiar with construction and rental industrial.

Qualifications
) {2 T2 Y) b, `- v) \* G- Minimum 2 year of administrative support experience

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, quickbook)
, K- e& |# A. f1 A  x  x; L6 b- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
