DURATION: CONTRACT OR PERMANENT
SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000

. v3 E1 h# ?9 i0 C   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
3 N1 B1 K  S# j/ a   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
8 w0 K' G; W1 u0 u/ ?* F+ m   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
4 b) d6 _8 O# t9 C* \! P• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
: P* P0 q$ [7 h6 O5 e. |3 ]• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

3 \2 Q- t1 f9 j* l* B1 _SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
( Q( D6 K7 o; o! x) C. y   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
8 [2 X" e1 }1 A8 M( e, ?7 O   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
' Z1 i% b! _2 b• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
& _- P5 j+ }) G• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
% I+ A0 a3 E; X2 y* V$ X• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
