EDUCATION: HIGH SCHOOL AND/OR POST SECONDARY
LOCATION: EDMONTON, ALBERTA, CANADA

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
, B; t( g8 x: D* z/ z' R/ J• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
: y3 W0 K6 j& h7 q   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
; Y) l1 S. ~9 C. q   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
4 S2 ~9 t( u6 y6 g( \   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls

platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
% Z3 B3 W8 \) y4 j5 P- i8 |SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:

• Excellent written and verbal skills

• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy

   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
7 n( }6 _. B2 ?! H+ r1 m   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects

• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
; G4 v0 V+ R2 H( d* g• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
6 e6 d/ I+ w) m4 C0 q5 b• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
. f! {  j( z( _• Have 4+ years of network design experience
• Have led medium to large sized projects
