Canada North Camps Inc. (14238 – 134 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5L 5V8) is looking to hire a full-time Cook who could be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of food items while maintaining a clean and safe work environment adding to an all-around pleasant dining experience for our customers.

- Prepare sandwiches, salad bar and other high quality meals
- Supervise kitchen staff
- Ensure kitchen staff follow company safety practices
$ @, q9 r& ^, b- Plan menus, estimate food costs, order supplies
) ^  a6 M3 _5 U$ ^- Manage kitchen operations
, n$ z' }" c& g" h$ _- Maintain acceptable levels of food production
% r! s4 ]. ?5 Y8 y+ d  n" {' X' i4 f- Work night shifts, as necessary
Requirements:
2 F. C8 B* J3 c9 l6 h- Completion of college or other program in cooking is mandatory. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in restaurant / hospitality/ culinary arts is considered an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience as Cook in a fast-paced environment is mandatory.
9 c9 `' I+ X; B- W5 n0 J/ V: b- Good proficiency in English.
- J* ~& ^) V- B, h0 P; w6 c- Highly organized.
This is a contract, full-time position.
. |' b* o& w  ^' Y; UWorking hours: 10 hours per day, 70 hours per week.
6 T2 R3 g+ K( p, n6 q$ o2 c& pWorking schedule: 21 days on and 7 days off.
