Calgary-based TransCanada says it has received a presidential permit from the U.S. State Department that allows it to build the long-delayed Keystone XL pipeline.

好像还有很多扯皮事要做，不过仍然往前进了一步。

现在节奏这么快， 能在一个行业干上二三十年的， 是少有。在阿省， 如果不是做超市等体力活的， 石油相关行业是为数不多的长久行业。 职业的稳定是不易。 在多伦多， 即使是高才生， 每半年换一次工作的是再正常不过。象公司许多人都干了15年， 有10来万收入， 一年有25天假期的， 是不多。
