主要工作职责：

Job Duties

# p' [* K: {" R- G. ~-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
, |  w: y* t0 ]% z-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
% v) @; j+ j( S+ b* i& |. L- J9 q: V-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
- m* y, |. C% ^' f2 o-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
! |: {3 _% Z/ \9 a5 `' I; h3 ^: y4 M-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
! S( N3 x+ q$ Z  V. H-Provide administrative support to management and other staff

-Have vaild driver's license with good record
