主要工作职责：

Job Duties

-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
$ N7 G1 |4 h. w; E4 `8 d, e$ Z7 I) @-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
3 h/ `  A, f2 y- d' U, t& W7 _-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
! x& Y! F1 B% d7 U0 d-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
-Provide administrative support to management and other staff

-Proficiency in the use of computer programs
