主要工作职责：

-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
% ?6 \( J( T# P* `, r8 h5 @-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
- l+ D% }' n+ o' L# ^; h-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
7 _# F6 j3 Y4 `1 u7 Z-Provide administrative support to management and other staff
