Job Duties

( o  i+ X2 y: z2 T7 h7 j-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
" V& Y- g+ _. {' b  w( g3 H-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
6 N6 v2 B8 o8 K, E# @-Provide administrative support to management and other staff
