7 P$ ^" p7 P& r$ j" d埃德蒙顿12月2日报道：相比2016年十月，11月份独立屋平均成交价上升了3.95%，双拼/联排上涨了6.39%，公寓则温和下降了1.68%。相比去年同期，今年11月份独立屋销售均价上升了1.76%，公寓销售额下降了11.41%。

11月份的住宅库存量为6493，比去年上升了7.45%。
