, q/ j; t& Q X6 W8 `11月份，大爱城区所有住宅平均售价上涨了2.52%，为$373,174。其中独立屋均价升至$440,496，双拼/联排升至$353,818, 公寓降至$241,569。11月份独立屋的销售均价仅次于今年7月份，为2016年单月第二高。6 c! H: @& @4 F% @- `

“埃德蒙顿房产市场依然保持稳定，本月大多数房屋类型的销售均价有所上升，其中一部分原因是有几个高价房子卖出了。” 埃德蒙顿房地产经纪人协会主席Steve Sedgwick说。“所有住宅的平均售价仅比去年下降了1%，但独立屋的均价下降了2%，而公寓降幅超过8%。”* K8 K9 m0 f1 G2 l8 F( w* q

独立屋销售持续良好,11月份的平均上市天数为52天，与上一个月相同，比去年同期少了3天。但公寓和双拼/联排都受到季节性市场转变的影响，公寓平均上市天数为79天，双拼/联排为74天，两者分别比去年同期增加了17和18天。
