" @# z1 W! }8 a0 z4 T/ |) JWe are looking for a part time Accountant who can represent our firm by communicating with our clients while performing general accounting duties. You will develop your skills by working on a wide range of assignments. The main tasks will include but not limited to the following:
) q3 B+ Y7 k2 v7 `2 x5 t: g$ R• Perform Full cycle bookkeeping duties (AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, etc.)
! }( q u7 c5 A• Prepare CaseWare working paper files,
. E+ P8 n X J( n0 D3 ]4 n• Prepare financial statements
/ m( Q& f, J3 }& x• Prepare corporate tax returns
' L$ q% c: V$ O• File GST returns
1 g1 ~9 W0 k! |" `" H3 W' x• Process payroll9 g+ I( h$ |1 i5 c4 N" |: |
• File T4/T5 returns & p# b& o: V$ ~0 \0 f$ A
• Prepare personal tax returns $ I- ^& f9 R, X+ q/ `
• Communication with our clients and government agencies

The position requires prior public practice accounting experience, proficiency in Caseware, profile, Quickbooks, Sage 50, and Excel. # Q1 L8 ~# q( c) T9 u; H
1 ?7 A. B, n, M5 c# |2 `Consideration will be given to the candidate who possess strong organization skills, have the ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure. Designation is preferred but not required.; S) c5 M/ I. B) Q9 k8 O8 g( K
