We are looking for a part time Accountant who can represent our firm by communicating with our clients while performing general accounting duties. You will develop your skills by working on a wide range of assignments. The main tasks will include but not limited to the following:
2 Z1 a `7 t' k# c• Perform Full cycle bookkeeping duties (AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, etc.) + K+ D: N) J4 m! H* ?
• Prepare CaseWare working paper files,
: Z( n: g ]! y0 e0 o6 f$ K- h• Prepare financial statements $ K% j& ]- y+ D8 A
• Prepare corporate tax returns
' b1 T5 C+ \7 X; `3 Z8 W8 x& Q• File GST returns 5 Y/ y# N; Y; |& \
• Process payroll' i# H- k( o9 t: X# V F
• File T4/T5 returns / c0 _' `% i n: y; ~5 O
• Prepare personal tax returns - W8 y3 |- ]9 J. A3 A" v
• Communication with our clients and government agencies 6 t1 E! r. S& \$ A' h( g* C
7 e9 J# K6 g* Y6 ^7 qThe position requires prior public practice accounting experience, proficiency in Caseware, profile, Quickbooks, Sage 50, and Excel. 1 M' I5 R. R) e7 t" ?6 h

Consideration will be given to the candidate who possess strong organization skills, have the ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure. Designation is preferred but not required.
