Yong Qiang Chartered Accountant is a small public practice accounting firm that serves the clients in Edmonton and surrounding areas. We provide accounting, tax, and other services for small sized businesses.

After 5 years’ development, we are expanding our operation with the acquisition of new office location. We are a firm that provide flexibility and work-life balance. We are a paperless office and believe a technology lead to high quality and outstanding service for our clients.
" E/ }8 A' }: XWe are looking for a part time Accountant who can represent our firm by communicating with our clients while performing general accounting duties. You will develop your skills by working on a wide range of assignments. The main tasks will include but not limited to the following:
•        Perform Full cycle bookkeeping duties (AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, etc.)
•        Prepare CaseWare working paper files,
2 ^! F& U. {$ [1 O& j/ T/ z•        Prepare financial statements
( z# Q4 y# j! X' g6 o•        Prepare corporate tax returns
. P! [" d: c4 s6 A, L- I4 K* G+ {•        File GST returns
& j6 C+ E$ X3 n3 }6 B( }•        Process payroll
/ j8 R6 J, V/ l7 u+ m- z•        File T4/T5 returns
•        Prepare personal tax returns
•        Communication with our clients and government agencies

, t; X/ W0 r! x( B4 Y" R' N# NThe position requires prior public practice accounting experience, proficiency in Caseware, profile, Quickbooks, Sage 50, and Excel.

Consideration will be given to the candidate who possess strong organization skills, have the ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure. Designation is preferred but not required.

我不是找工作的，自己有想过读书读这个专业，只是想了解一下这行。

不要读这个专业，除非你有背景或者以后会接手/经营自己的business

" V7 W# V4 X6 @- A. f  j这个专业的新手一捞一大把，供大大高于求，但是这个专业到了中级就比较容易了，缺点是薪水太低，一直到了高级或者是designated就不同了，供小于求，在招工的网站，大部分要求designation的工作都要放好久才被拿下来，这个门槛卡住好多好多人。。。。
