原来加拿大雇主无故开除员工(dismissal)是合法的

呵呵,这个问题还用问吗?既然是雇佣关系,那么解雇有没有原因根本不重要。。

如果是因为歧视,是可以打官司的。但是很难证明。其他的想怎么解雇就怎么解雇。

其实原因什么的没必要问,理由多得是,比如公司经济不好需要裁员。
( K/ b  |9 n) \$ J+ m1 d% E4 B$ u1 h唯一的区别是,公司正常lay off会给补偿金,失业者可以拿EI等;而fire就什么都没有

& _- G0 U9 a' }( I' N2 @* B非也非也。。Dismissal也要看情况,通常只有Quit才99%没有EI(即使是Quit,有时候是因为雇主造成的,也有EI)' R) S# w  V1 _3 ~" ^3 ?

我公司雷人也没补偿金
