埃德蒙顿9月2日报道：8月份所有住宅的平均售价与去年基本保持一致，平均价为$369,956，比上一个月下降了4%。独立屋平均价格为$434,362比上一个月的$453,366下降了4%，比去年下降了不到1%。8月份公寓的平均价格为$251,526，比上一个月下降了2%，比去年下降了1%。双拼/联排的平均价格为$344,377，比去年下降了2%，比上一个月下降1%。- `8 n% }* G0 c/ f9 X% j

8月份，爱城共有1433套住宅售出，比去年下降了2%，比上一个月的下降了5%；独立屋有861套售出，比去年下降了3%；公寓有406套售出，比去年下降了6%。双拼/联排有136套出售，比去年上升了11%。新房上市量比上一个月下降了5%，比去年上升了6%。$ r" o6 v: c: G# D; r4 A) s
$ d" e1 K9 {8 s8 x“尽管本月为一年之中最活跃的月份之一，我们仍看到了伴随着秋天的到来，上市与销售量的逐渐缩减。这是本地房产市场周期的常规现象。” Sedgwick说到“尽管公寓的销售量所受的影响最大，但价格依然保持稳定，这得益于部分单元超过$750,000的售价，使公寓的平均价格仍然上升了近3%” 。
